Multimodal dangerous goods form

When you Carry dangerous goods by sea its obliged to fill up a document called Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form, in which must be shown specific information required by Regulation IMDG 5.4 regarding. The dangerous product that must be shipped. So in way to ship container with dangerous goods it’s necessary to issue MGDG  for each container.

The partner that signed MDGF has some different responsibilities as :

• Container inspected before stuffing , result clear/dry and suitable for load.
• all packages stuffed must  result not damaged and also must be comply with Packing Guidelines for DG strictly followed.
