Cigisped aderisce con grande passione al progetto di beneficenza delle t-shirt “Genova nel cuore”, uguali a quelle indossate dai giocatori in occasione della giornata di campionato di calcio del 26 agosto scorso.

Le magliette sono a disposizione al prezzo di 10 euro negli uffici Iat del Comune di Genova in via Garibaldi, al Porto Antico, alla Stazione Marittima e in Aeroporto. Il ricavato sarà devoluto alla gestione dell’emergenza che ha colpito la città.

Spedizioni estero su estero, cos’è il Cross Trade.

Con il termine Cross Trade intendiamo la spedizione di merci tra un paese e un altro, gestita da un terzo paese, che si occupa unicamente di mantenere i contatti con tutte le parti coinvolte. Questo tipo di trasporto è detto anche “estero su estero”.

Negli ultimi anni i traffici estero su estero si sono notevolmente intensificati, il Cliente ha la possibilità di spedire merce, dal proprio fornitore in Cina verso il ricevitore negli Stati Uniti, senza che la stessa tocchi il territorio Europeo o Italiano.

Essendo la gestione di tali trasporti via mare e/o via aerea altamente complessi, i nostri uffici si avvalgono di partner altamente affidabili dislocati nei maggiori porti del mondo. In questo modo la spedizione verrà monitorata dal pick-up del magazzino del fornitore fino alla door del magazzino del ricevitore, i tempi di transito di queste spedizioni vengono stabiliti in fase di quotazione.

Perché scegliere un trasporto cross trade?  

La merce non dovendo passare per un paese terzo, di solito sede del nostro Cliente, accorcia i tempi di consegna, vengono infatti, ove possibile, usati servizi diretti sia via mare che via aerea. I costi di trasporto sono notevolmente contenuti, infatti pagando unicamente una tratta di trasporto, si evitano eventuali addebiti di dazio e iva del paese terzo.

Blumarine Italia S.r.l. non si occupa solo di spedizioni per l’Algeria dall’Italia, ma anche dall’Estero.

Destinazione finale Hassi Messaoud

L’ultima spedizione che l’azienda ha effettuato in tal senso è stata per un importante Cliente con sede in Italia che acquistò parti d’impianti per l’industria petrolifera a Dubai con l’intento di spedirli a una sua ditta consociata localizzata ad Algeri e con destinazione finale Hassi Messaoud. Città, quest’ultima, situata nella provincia (wilaya) di Ouargla nell’Algeria centro orientale.

Per poter effettuare questa spedizione Blumarine si rivolse a un suo partner/agente con sede a Jebel Ali di provata esperienza, che prontamente trovò in loco la compagnia di navigazione con il servizio migliore e più competitivo ad hoc. Una volta contattato il fornitore a Jebel Ali, gli agenti della società si mossero immediatamente per organizzare il ritiro dei materiali tramite container per successivo imbarco sulla prima nave disponibile.

Alcune fasi del trasporto

Si fecero anticipare i documenti necessari per la dogana in export e una volta controllata la polizza di carico con il loro Cliente in Italia, documento indispensabile alla spedizione, imbarcarono come da programma iniziale e con enorme soddisfazione di quest’ultimo. Conclusosi il periodo di navigazione necessario la merce fu regolarmente sbarcata a destinazione al porto di Algeri.

A questo punto fu contattato un’importante collaboratore in loco per affidargli la delicata parte doganale della spedizione che richiedeva una temporanea importazione, secondo istruzioni del Cliente in Italia. Ovviamente tutti i documenti necessari per l’operazione furono anticipati per tempo in modo da ridurre al minimo l’attesa al porto di sbarco e le conseguenti soste / demurrage.

Per fortuna tutto proseguì nel miglior modo possibile ossia: senza alcun problema, impedimento o ritardo (situazione non sempre garantita vista la particolarità del porto di Algeri). Una volta terminate finalmente tutte le trafile burocratiche necessarie e indispensabili per il buon esisto della spedizione Blumarine consegnò il container al ricevitore finale della merce che come vuole la tradizione è “sempre in trepidante attesa di ricevere quanto cosi lungamente atteso”.

Tutti i colli da trasportare contenenti merci pericolose, devono riportare inoltre:

• - Numero di identificazione della merce preceduto dalle lettere “UN”;
• - Proper Shipping Name: PSN;
• - L’etichetta della classe di pericolo a cui appartiene il prodotto;

Per poter imbarcare merce pericolosa, bisognerà ricevere autorizzazione dalla compagnia marittima, avere imballaggio idoneo al trasporto via mare o via aereo, e sarà richiesto allo speditore di fornire tutta la documentazione necessaria:

• - Safety Data Sheet – Scheda di sicurezza del prodotto che si deve spedire, questo documento redatto dal produttore della merce riporta tutti i dettagli del produttore, i rischi per la salute causati dal contatto con il prodotto, oltre ai rischi per il trasporto. Unitamente alle istruzioni relative alla manipolazione e movimentazione del prodotto contiene informazioni sui dati fisici (punto di fusione, di ebollizione, etc.), sulle tossicità, sugli effetti per la salute, il pronto soccorso, la reattività, la modalità di stoccaggio, di smaltimento, i mezzi di protezione e le procedure per l'emergenza.
• - Scheda Multimodal (Multimodal for dangerous goods) – è documento di trasporto richiesto per il trasporto via mare. Il documento deve riportare tutte le informazioni del prodotto, della ditta produttrice, il tipo di trasporto, da dove verrà imbarcato e dove verrà sbarcato. Il documento dovrà rispettare le richieste del codice IMDG.

Su quali aerei conviene imbarcare le proprie merci?

Esistono varie tipologie di aeromobili, dai piccoli piper utilizzati per lo più per il trasporto passeggeri, a quelli tutto cargo: grandi aerei commerciali essenzialmente vuoti e adatti al solo trasporto merci.  All’interno degli aerei cargo, infatti, al posto dei sedili ci sono dei pianali, collegati a dei sistemi di stabilizzazione del carico.

Le pedane consentono un agile carico e scarico delle merci, spesso sistemate su pallet in grado di movimentare tonnellate di beni, da quelli più semplici a quelli più sofisticati. Cigisped Air Freight, in base alle rotte servite e alle caratteristiche della merce, sceglie la tipologia di aereo più consona per ottenere il migliore risultato con la maggiore resa.

SPEDIZIONE NEI BALCANI

Ogni carico da gestire – project cargo, viene valutato con meticolosa attenzione per poter assicurare la migliore e corretta esecuzione durante tutte le fasi di trasporto, sia che si tratti di un trasporto via mare che di un trasporto via aerea. HEAVY LIFT E FUORI SAGOMA

Nella prima fase Cigisped ha richiesto al Cliente, un’importante multinazionale del settore energetico, il packing-list e i disegni tecnici del materiale. Ha poi effettuato dei sopralluoghi per meglio valutare le dimensioni e gli ingombri, in modo così da pianificare il metodo di trasporto e di sollevamento della merce, oltre all’aspetto della sicurezza nella movimentazione della spedizione stessa.

Sono quindi stati pianificati e organizzati i trasporti eccezionali (heavy lift e fuori sagoma) dall’Europa fino al porto d’imbarco. E con il supporto dei nostri uffici locali sono state attivate tutte le operazioni d’imbarco idonee a questo tipo di movimentazione. Le navi specializzate sono state noleggiate in collaborazione con armatori qualificati.

The Singapore Boat Show is one of those events that you cannot miss. For this reason Cigisped Italy representatives organized a trip on the occasion of the Singapore Boat Show held between April 15th and 18th.

CIGISPED MIDDLE EAST

During the transit in Dubai they met with colleagues from Cigisped Middle East (Edoardo Galeppini and Frederic Dawe) to prepare the planning of the next shipments and leave together to visit Singapore Boat Show. Once in Singapore, they visited clients and local shipyards to maintain the foundations for new shipments and contracts for the Asian and world markets in which Cigisped has been operating for over 30 years.

A UNBEARABLE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER SOME OF THE BEST SUPERYACHT 

The Eighth Edition of the Singapore Boat Show opened with the highest expectations after the success of the last edition. Sentosa Cove marina, globally recognized as the most attractive location, this year welcomed 150 representatives from over 35 countries. The boats on display, including super yachts, yachts, sailboats and catamarans, were more than 90, creating an enchanting setting in the marina and a unique opportunity to develop the synergies of the Asian market.

ASIA BOATING DIALOGUE

The Asia Boating Dialogue was held in conjunction with the Boat Show. The aim of this second event, as reported by the Singapore Boat Show website, was to bring together nautical experts for a debate on the entire Asian area and discuss what is needed in terms of the program to encourage the development of the yachting industry in South East Asia.

The importance of the Asian and Middle Eastern market was also the main reason for the visit of Cigisped. This is due to its participation in the most important markets and to consolidate with clients and facilitate the import and export processes of the nautical market.Once again Cigisped offers its decades-long know-how in the boating industry and interacts with key figures to keep in touch and offer its capillary presence on the world market.

Il Salone Nautico di Singapore rappresenta uno di quegli eventi a cui non si può mancare. Per questo motivo i rappresentanti di Cigisped Italia hanno organizzato un viaggio in occasione del Singapore Boat Show che si è tenuto tra il 15 e il 18 di aprile.

Durante il transito a Dubai si sono incontrati con i colleghi di Cigisped Middle East (Edoardo Galeppini e Frederic Dawe) per preparare il planning dei prossimi imbarchi e partire insieme alla volta del Salone Nautico di Singapore. Scopo di questa seconda manifestazione, come riportava il sito del Singapore Boat Show, è stato di riunire assieme gli esperti di nautica per un dibattito riguardante l’intera area asiatica e discutere di ciò che è necessario in termini di programma per incoraggiare lo sviluppo della nautica nel Sud Est Asiatico.

L’importanza del mercato Asiatico e Medio Orientale è stata motivo principale anche della visita di Cigisped. Questo sia per la sua partecipazione da sempre ai mercati più importanti sia per consolidare insieme ai Clienti e facilitare l’import e l’export del mercato nautico. Ancora una volta Cigisped mette a disposizione il suo know-how decennale nell’industria nautica e interagisce con i personaggi chiave per tenersi in continuo contatto e offrire la sua presenza capillare sul mercato mondiale.

10^th ANNUAL CONFERENCE | WCA WORLDWIDE

Il primo giorno della conferenza i delegati hanno partecipato una sessione di orientamento e alla sessione plenaria guidata dai direttori del WCA. Dal secondo giorno sono iniziati gli incontri One-to-One che sono proseguiti fino al 7 marzo. È in questa occasione che la totalità dei membri ha condotto centinaia di incontri commerciali.

In rappresentanza del gruppo Cigisped hanno partecipato Yassine Kaabour dell’ufficio di Genova, assieme ai colleghi del nuovo ufficio Thailandese di Bangkok, Dino Besati (Direttore) e Van-Anh Viet Nguyen (Commerciale e Operativo).

The office is supervised by Italian as well as Thailandese staff. The Group aims to strenghten its presence with the asiatic logistic market.
